One of the smoothest drivers around. The Big Bertha 460 Driver is designed with a geometric shape close to the dimensional limit set by the USGA and Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews for length and width. This enabled Callaway Golf engineers to incorporate a 460cc head design with a shallower face, flatter shape and the highest MOI ever in a Callaway Golf all-titanium head. That means a longer and straighter ball flight on off-center shots. The Callaway x460 is 460cc, the largest allowable under the Rules of Golf. This driver combines the CT/VFT face, a distinctly designed and patented Consistent Alignment Sole and proven technology with the Longest conforming all-titanium driver Callaway Golf has ever made. The new CT/VFT face takes ball speed to the edge of the legal limit and the X460's titanium face is robotically plasma-welded to the body, utilizing a precision manufacturing process. The face thickness is controlled to tight tolerances for robust performance over a larger face area.
